If you guys do go for this device, I suggest you buy it directly from eBay from a trusted seller. MagicBox does not stock it themselves, and if you order through them they will just buy it from overseas anyway, which you could have done yourself. You will wait just as long (one week).

This does look very neat, just a pity it's not lighter. 50g on a plane or multirotor is a bit heavy for dead weight.

The GPS tracker didn't work for this guy. Don't know why, but maybe a bit more research is needed. Seems like there are quality issues, and it might stop working in a crash.

I'll start a new thread about tracking lost aircraft. This Deep Reaper thread is now turning into a monster :mrgreen:
