Flippin Awesome Service Yet Again

Postby KevPerkins » Tue Nov 13, 2012 9:42 pm

I don't know how many forum members are using http://www.stuffinc.co.za for their multicopter supplies but if you haven't yet, you really should try it. Service is TOP CLASS and I always get more than I asked for or could have expected. I've learned amazing things like...don't try and throw a paint grenade (thanks Karla) at your 10 year old son. It just bounced he picked it up and threw it back where it exploded all over my wife and I and our balcony :o . Stuffinc sells fun stuff that brings families closer together. And when you have wrecked your house...they sell a cleaner /detergent that takes care of all the mess...BRILLIANT!!!!! :D

I'm definitely a Stuffinc convert...just give me the T-shirt man!

I'm off to Cape Town tomorrow, then Kimberley but you can bet I'll have my new drone up and flying real soon ....now with GPS babay! 8-)

I've ordered some not so fancy control boards as well and me and my sons are going to bang them together and see how well the cheapies fly too.

The great thing about our Paintball Grenades is that they go off whenever they want. I have had to clean up numerous messes, hence they come in zip lock bags and they are best to be used away from any walls or buildings that will need to be cleaned. If however they do go off you can clean up the mess with water as they are food grade and the colour washes out, oh yes and you will smell amazing as they are scented. As for the walls and plastic, Handy Andy is amazing :)

We try to keep our products fresh, fun and sterile and of course safe but that doesn't always happen :)

Thank you once again for the awesome praises Kevin :)

@Karla, They dont go off whenever they want! :rasp: 1 in 240 might spontaneously pop. But that's due to flaws in the walls of the latex.

Okay fine, you right, but when they do pop they give you a fright. Otherwise they work quite well :)

We always bicker, it keeps us both sharp ;)

The quad build should take you no longer than 2 hours :)

Have a safe trip to CT!
Check you next weekend!

Hectic weekend! But managed to squeeze in a few minutes and have soldered all BEC's to board. Sooooo much easier than previous quad!

Gareth, what was that tubular netting stuff called ....remember we chatted about it...to wrap the wiring with? trying to find a picture. Like so many things when getting into RC, the sourcing of parts is made more difficult by the fact that we don't know what this "thingy" and that "doodad" is called.

I would suggest plastic wire sleeving. Easier than expandable woven sleeve to put on an remove.
I've attached a photo of the spiral cable sleeve. I use a very thin one. Big advantage is you can have one wire trunk with multiple wires coming off in different directions.
