I was out demonstrating the YS-X6 using a Vulcan Y6 and the YS-X4 using the CarbonCore 500X4 to a few people today. The wind was about 15km/hr. It was very hard to tell the difference. Having a closer look at what they are doing in Australia, they have set up the following: 1. Circuits where you have to use FPV, because it is going through trees and forests 2. 5 laps of a Cricket Pitch doing a figure 8 which can be done using LOS or FPV Those seem fine to me. I will get hold of the guys in Australia and the USA and ask them for their flying area specs.

Hey, this can become the Multirotor Grand Prix.

And dont worry about flying using FPV I think most of us will have to get well experienced using FPV equipment. I see in Australia they also allow LOS

Before you guys go and invest in the APM2.5, check around with a few people who have used it on Multirotors and ask for their comments. I hear it is great with fixed wing, but not so great with a multirotor. I personally have not used it, so I can't comment.
